The act of bringing children and adults into the church through baptism is an important part of life at St. Paul's and our faith. The children involved in our Oasis youth group celebrate baptism with thier Fishers of Men banner.
The sacrament of baptism marks a child's official entry into the life of the church. During the baptismal service, parents promise that they will raise their child in the church, grow with their child in the Christian faith, and support the work of the church. We do not, therefore, baptize non-members' children. If you are looking for a church home in which to participate and raise your children, we welcome you to join us for worship and if St. Paul's seems like "the place," after worshiping with us for an extended period of time, we would embrace your desire to join the church yourselves. Then would be the appropriate time to discuss baptism with the pastor.
